Service Description

Dough bastis are classical Ayurvedic body treatments in which a dough dam of black gram and chickpea flour are used to hold herbal oils on select parts of the body. Dough bastis can help relieve pain and discomfort while bringing nourishment to the tissues. We use a special blend of herbal and essential oils formulated to nourish the tissues, calm the nervous system, and open up the circulatory channels to relax and relieve the affected area. Types: Janu (knee), Kati (back), Greeva (neck)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you are responsible for a $25 cancellation fee. If you fail to show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
